  • The recovery of residue NGL (C3+) from the sales conditioned gas is achieved by installation of 3S-unit with separation temperature (-60°С) and the pressure drop 55/19 bar.

Application of 3S-tchnology / Project goal:

  • Client, needs to condition the associated petroleum gas (APG) and recover NGL prior to reinjection of APG back into the formation for EOR. APG conditioning and NGL recovery is achieved by application of 3S-separation unit consisting of two (2) 3S-separators and one (1) heat-exchanger.

  • Due to unexpected associated gas production increase at the oilfield, the filed operator needs to double the capacity of GTU in the region using existing infrastructure and equipment at minimum cost. 80% increase of Gas Treatment Unit capacity is achieved avoiding new train construction by application of 3S-separation unit consisting of two 3S-Separators, and one heat exchanger.

  • Long distance gas transportation in North-West China requires to provide gas dew point control securing maximum gas plant outlet pressure and minimum pressure drop of 11,8/9,0 MPa. The solution is achieved by application of 3S-separation unit consisting of one 3S-Separator, one heat exchanger, and one gas-condensate separator.
