M-ost Ltd. (3S-MOST) is the technology provider and process-integration lead for patented 3S Supersonic Separation technology. For project implementation, M-ost works with established Slovenian engineering and manufacturing partners, combining technology expertise with engineering, equipment fabrication, testing, conformity assessment and project execution capabilities.

M-ost coordinates the technology application and project interface, bringing together specialist capabilities in process engineering, equipment manufacturing, testing, conformity assessment, integration and project execution.

This established cooperation model has already been applied to the development and production of 3S Separator equipment, combining M-ost technology with engineering and design by IBE d.d. and equipment manufacturing by KOV d.o.o. The 3S Technology can be supplied as a standalone modular separator or incorporated into complete process equipment and production skids for integration into new or existing gas-processing and gas-production facilities.

M-ost (3S MOST) works with an established Slovenian manufacturing base providing flexible fabrication, machining, welding, equipment assembly and process-equipment integration capabilities for 3S Technology projects.

The manufacturing structure is intentionally lean, responsive and project-oriented, making it particularly suitable for made-to-order 3S Technology / 3S Separator equipment, prototype and pre-series work, application-specific components and modular process systems.

The manufacturing base can accommodate individual equipment items, small production runs and project-specific assemblies, allowing the manufacturing approach to be adapted to the technical requirements and quantities of each project.

This flexibility is particularly valuable for 3S projects, where equipment is frequently application-specific rather than mass-produced and may require adaptation to customer specifications, process conditions, local standards or project-specific engineering requirements.

3S Separator & applicable equipment can be engineered and manufactured according to the applicable project requirements and agreed design basis, including EN, ASME, GOST or other applicable standards and codes, where appropriate.

Previous 3S manufactured equipment by KOV includes pressure equipment designed for natural gas / LPG applications, with documented conformity under Directive 2014/68/EU (Pressure Equipment Directive / Module G unit verification) and application of EN 13445 requirements.

Welding Institute | Independent Technical Assurance

Materials, Welding, Testing & Pressure Equipment Conformity

Institut za varilstvo Ltd. (Welding Institute), Ljubljana Slovenia, provides specialist capabilities in welding technology, materials and weld testing, non-destructive testing, certification and pressure-equipment conformity assessment.

Welding Institute operates accredited laboratories and certification activities covering areas including welding, NDT, welded products, welding procedures and pressure equipment. Its certification organization VARCert operates as an EU Notified Body for applicable pressure-equipment conformity-assessment activities.

Its laboratories provide destructive and non-destructive testing of materials, welds and permanent joints, including mechanical testing, metallographic examination, chemical analysis and NDT methods.

For applicable 3S projects, such independent technical capabilities can provide an additional layer of testing, inspection and conformity assessment within the overall project-delivery structure.

The documentation associated with the existing 3S Separator demonstrates conformity assessment under Directive 2014/68/EU (Pressure Equipment Directive), including Module G unit verification, with the identified manufacturer.

The documented conformity assessment identifies VARCert / Institut za varilstvo as the relevant certification body and Notified Body No. 2042 for the applicable scope: Institut za varilstvo / Welding Institute
